goddess gear...

Goddess Gear is a collection of comfortable, casual women’s apparel in natural and organic fabrics. Cool or cozy depending on the season, but always easy on the eye, your skin and the planet. My passion is creating timeless, versatile styles that you will reach for again and again.

For twenty four years I have been locally producing fine handcrafted natural and organic fiber clothing for the woman who values ethically made apparel. Goddess Gear is an independent, woman owned business where the creation of quality products, sustainability, and ethical business practices are our guiding principles.

Home is Colorado, where each piece of Goddess Gear is designed, cut, and sewn locally in small batches; either in my studio in downtown Longmont, or at that of our nearby production partner in Denver. This small batch production allows me to be literally hands on; intimately involved in every aspect of creation from design to pattern to finished garment; resulting in quality products, less waste, and the ability to support skilled local labor.

Don’t hesitate to reach out. From information on the fit of specific styles, to questions about fabric care, I love to chat sustainable clothing!

our philosophy....

The most sustainable garment is one that is thoughtfully designed, well made, fits both your body and your lifestyle, and that is enjoyed again and again and again.

It might just also be created from natural fiber textiles with environmental certifications, ethically produced, locally cut and sewn, and made by a company that truly cares about your satisfaction before, during and after your purchase.

the deep dive...

Each decision made in the process of bringing a Goddess Gear garment to life revolves around this philosophy. As you are here I imagine your values and ours align somewhere along this path.

If you love the details as much as I do, check out our blog for more on the design process, how the textiles I use are created and sourced, and where and how Goddess Gear is designed, cut and sewn.
